Hi,

My inspection was due Aug 11 so its due any day. Im ready and I wish they would call so I can get it over and done with :D

Quick question. There is a childminders group in my town that I dont attend for a couple of reasons. Its quite a walk away and I didnt really like it when I went. Think I sat with the wrong people, who moaned a lot and talked about their families as they have known each other for years. I felt a bit of an outsider. So conversations were hard to get into iykwim
Now I go to 2 other toddler groups/mums and tots which are really nice.
Im hoping Ofsted wont mark me dowm for not liasing with other childminders will they?

Ofsted are interested in what the provision does to meet the needs of the children.

If you can show that you go on regular outings and socialise the children with visitors etc then they will be happy.

Hth :D

Hi
If you can please try and go to a group at a childrens centre so you have links with the childrens centre teacher as it looks good with working with other proffessionals
