As per the new members handbook - 2008/2009
NCMA are now recommending that you obtain proof of the parents address before writing it out on your contracts.
They don't state why but I can only assume that some parents have given ficticious addresses :huh: :huh:

You have always needed to get proof of address before you take on a child
1) In case the parent doesn't come back for the child.
2) In case they default on payments The NCMA legal team need to know where to get hold of the person.
