Had my inspection this morning and the inspector was really lovely.
She was with me about 3 hours, probably would have been less but apparently Ofsted hadn't forwarded my sef to her. Luckily I had a copy which she sat and read at my setting.
I got GOOD in all areas and OUTSTANDING in working with parents.
Really pleased.

Thanks Ladies.

One bit of advise she gave me was a continuation of my individual children's overview sheets.
She suggested i try in some way to produce an overview with all the children on one sheet. This will show if there are any areas that i am not covering too well and it would be easier to pick up on.
Does anyone do this and can i ask how you lay it out.

Many thanks

Well done :clapping:
Interesting about the advice, i don't have a written overview for all children together but I will have a think about that one.
Thank you for posting.

Thanks for all of your lovely comments, i'm going to get my very computer savvi son to try and make me a general overview sheet. He said it might be easiest done in a graph format. I will keep you informed of any progress.

Mrs Ofsted also said that the GOOD grading is now more difficult to achieve and as i got good overall 3 years ago that i should be really pleased with myself as i was at the top end of good this time and so close to overall outstanding. (So near yet so far).

My point being to any others due their inspection, dont be too down hearted if you dont get as high a grading as you would have liked because even satisfactory is now harder to achieve.

We are all winners after all (Yeah). :clapping:
