Can anyone tell me i have been childminding before and after school only for the last 3 years and am taking on a 2 1/2year old who i am key worker for at the pre school i work at (3 Hrs per day). The child will only be with me on a monday. Do i need to fill out a SEF? i am being ofsted in mid Nov.

It is not compulsory to complete your SEF.

However it is good practice to self evaluate so if you don't do your SEF you need to think of how else you show what you do and how you improve.
