I had one of those inspectors you just know is going to be difficult. She went through every single bit of paperwork.

The two year old I looked after she said was exceptionally gifted and must do more to encourage this. We were playing with the toy food and as he is so
Gifted I should have talked about healthy eating.

I can't believe I completely forgot to ask for Id. We were in the garden. My husband answered the door and at same time I opened back gate.

Oh well GOOD it is over for another three years.

Well done for getting through 4 hours :eek: Have to admit even though I have been a cm for 12 years I still HATE inspections!!!!

At least its over for 3 years or so now!!! I have mine beginning of next year in theory :panic:

I don't know how she could make a judgement on a child's development in such a short time, but that's the wonder of Ofsted:rolleyes:

congratulations on getting a good. When they rang me back in July I had no mindees so they told me they would ring me back in September still waiting for the call :panic:
