Why not Nature's Kids?
 I would opt for Nature's Children's Childminding Service.
Sorry but I don't really like the word kids when used in a professional sense. My NVQ tutor once said a kid is a baby goat and a Child is a baby human.
But i can see parents being drawn to Natures Children, Expecially outdoorsy, organic types x
Then your logo could be NCCS overlapping x

I just presumed Natures Kids was your business name - it sums up what youre all about. My setting is similar in terms of the outdoors but Im not as eco / foody as you , maybe one day. i opted for little explorers after a huge amount of deliberation!
