I'm struggling to keep track of who I have when and when I could fit more in iykwim lol does anyone have a spread sheet or something they use to keep track

I'm sure I saw a download or something, where you make a grid with a column for each child and a row for each hour, you then block out the hours you are contracted to have each child, and your blank spaces are your free places.
I probably haven't explained it well, but hope that helps :)

I just did a spreadsheet, but you could do it on paper if it's easier...
It just has down the left side:
7.30-8
8-8.30
8.30-9
etc
etc
Then along the top it has Monday (with 3 columns), Tuesday (with 3 columns) etc
Then I just write their names in all the boxes they're there for, and I have their names in different colours.
Hope that makes sense!!
It works for me as it's very easy to see who I've got when.
It looks something like this:
Mon Mon Tue Tue
7.30-8 Child B Child B
8-8.30 Child A Child B Child B
8.30-9 Child A Child B Child B
and so on!
