I became registered in december, I got a call in june/july for my first inspection but had no midees yet. When my mindees started end of aug I phoned them to let them know I was working like they asked me to. She made a note of it and said the inspector will call when its my time. Has this happened to anyone else? How long was it until your first inspection? Although im terrified I kind of want to get it over and done with! TIA x

Same thing has happened to me. They phoned me last week of term (only 4 1/2 months after my registration came through), and at the time I only had term-time mindees. You live not that far from me, and in June and July Ofsted seemed to be doing the rounds in this area, my development officer says they are now running with several months delay.
