Just wondered, it is really quiet for childminding business in my area of Hertfordshire and wondered what it was like in other areas?

Quiet in my part of Derby too. The only enquiries are for next year now.

Business for us is booming. We are full and have to turn prents away and they mentioon that they are struggling to find a childminder that has space.

Very quiet in Burton on Trent unless you can take/pick up from a totally different area, not much use to me as I don't have a car.

Really quiet here, I was wondering if it has been caused by our contact numbers no longer on direct.gov or fis website. Nurseries have waiting lists but childminders are just not getting calls

This is a good thread. I will need to move in a years time and seriously considering moving to country or seaside area. Have been thinking of Hastings area, anyone know what business is like there?
