i saw a post and for the life of me I can't remember which bit of the forum and i've searched in actvities and can't find it....

someone was doing mini beasts over a month and had named each week.
eg. week 1 flutter and fly

I loved the fact that you named weeks based on the different insects. But I can't remember what you called your other weeks. I you would be happy to share again I would be very grateful!!!

I am doing my planning for my project book for my dqp course, was going to do a month on minibeasts, as a part of my long term plan.

I am so happy!!!! you ladies are awesome :)

creep and crawl would be caterpillars, worms, ants
hum & buzz would be wasps and bess
flutter and fly would be butterflies, lady birds

anyone have any more bugs that I could use.

I think the minibeasts will be the theme that I go into more depth with medium and short term plans. :)

I'd definitely add in snails and dragonflys
