Help! I mind a brother and sister for 2 and a quarter hours twice a week, do I charge the parent for each childs hours seperately? I gave the parent a reduced rate of £5 per hour for both children but don't know if I should add up the hours twice ie 9 hours!

Is that £5 per child or £5 in total?
If it's £5 each multiply by number of hours (41/2) then double, if it's £5 in total then don't double it

i would do the invoice for both children.
if you are charging £5/hour for 2 children then you would only charge the hours once. That is a good deal you have offered :)

3 hours x 2 days x 2 children = 12 hours - I wouldn't offer discount not for after schools.

I am not sure if you are charging £5 per hour for each child or £5 per hour for both children - if it's the last one then that is a very good deal you've offered!
