Hi Pauline and Graham,
Wasn't sure how to get in contact with you to ask a question.

I was looking on the childminding advertising for childminders rules etc, and I do not understand what you mean by "recipical". I looked it up on wikipedia and it says something about maths, so couldn't quite understand or find a word to fit that word.
Sorry if I'm sounding a bit awkward, but when I was at school we never used any of these words and this is the second time it has been said to me, along with some other words, that I call dictionary words or people that are A or O level standard, as I was CSE taught, if you get my drift.
PS, how do you private mail on this site too, as I can't find anything that lets you look at an email address, if you need to talk to them privately,
sorry to be a nusaince.

Hi Tanya

You are not sounding awkward at all and I am glad you asked. :)

Reciprocal as you say does have meanings to do with maths, but the term 'reciprocal link' means links between two websites. So it just means putting a link on your website in return for you putting one on your Forum advert.

If you just want to advertise your vacancies you don't need to do anything, only if you have a website, blog or other type of page to add to your advert.

If you want to contact someone privately you can click on their username on a post and a drop down menu will appear to select 'Private Message'. Or if you go to your UserCP (left in the row below where you log in) and choose 'send private message' there you can type in the name of the person you want to contact and write them a message.

To get in touch with just me you can also use the 'contact us' option at the bottom of the Forum.

Hope that helps

So, if I place my facebook page link on here, then I should place the link for this childminding site on my site.
if thats what you mean, than that's no problem at all.
just copy and paste and it's done.

ok I'll get started asap, as I have vacancies.
Thanks Pauline for getting back to me so quick.
