Just being nosey - how long was she with you for? Any tips for me for tomorrow/thurs? xx

She was here for about 2 and half hours. Most sat down with laptop. She looked through all my RA, all my planning, kids files etc, checked my contracts were written up correctly and signed etc. She checked my policies and asked about safeguarding, equality and healtly eating/hygiene etc. I did my SEF so she read through most of that and took notes I think.

She was lovely, she asked about particular things we did, and she talked to the little boy I had here, and typed madly into her computer!

I was so nervous but relaxed after about 10 mins... until she was giving me her feedback and my grades.. then I went all scared again!
