Phone Ofsted and see what they have to say. Do you also have your own child/ren to consider as well? It would be very hard work having a seven week old baby and and 8 month old baby to look after at the same time. Could you not consider taking on the 8 month baby and terminating the younger baby so that you are earning more money.
I think we all at times have decisions to make about what business we take on but overloading ourselves only causes more stress. I know because I have done it many times!!

If you have a space - just not a under one space - then Ofsted may well give you a variation.
However if don't have a space you will not get a variation for new business - even if didn't need 2 under 1's
Make sure you explain how you will cope with 2 under ones in the practical sense such as double buggy, sleeping arrangements and so on.
