Hi Pauline, I just submitted a recipe for banana bread. As far as I could see there was nowhere to put the name of the recipe, as in "banana bread". Or it could be that I'm a bit daft and didn't realise where it should go.

Anyway, we made it today and it was awesome!

Only last night I was telling my hubby I wanted to find a recipe for Banana cake as I wanted to be able to do something with the ripe bananas that we sometimes have left. So when I find it I will have a go at making the loaf instead.

Great news, that means I haven't gone mad (yet)! :laughing:

It was really delicious, we finished the last little bits today and it was still yummy.

Also, I only used 2/3 of the sugar, and to be honest I could probably have used even less.
