Just in case anyone else used the online payment system over the week-end.
I tried to pay my yearly fee online at the week-end and got an error message so after trying twice with my debit card I then tried my husband's card and the same happened again so I rang Ofsted yesterday and explained what had happened so they took payment over the phone. checked my bank today only to find that payment had been taken twice through the online system. rang ofsted again and was told there had been an error on the system over the week-end and money was taken out even when I had received error message saying payment had failed:angry: so I have now paid fees 4 times!! now waiting for it to be credited back to me and my hubby.

If anyone did use it over the week-end please check your bank account.

Ofsted were having problems last week when i tried paying over the phone ,said card had been refused although i no bank balance is very healthy at the moment,just sold a house
