And I am pleased to report that I got an Overall Good and got good in all areas apart from working in partnership which was satisfactory, but she said that is only because mindee isn't at nursery until September, so it is something to work on from then. She was lovely, and was very impressed with how I had done my SEF, and said it made the inspection straight forward. She hardly asked me any questions, she said she could just see from the things I was doing it was enough evidence.

She said it was a strong Good and that I could be aiming for an Outstanding if I continue what I am already doing but just widening it a bit, which she said will come with experience. I am over the moon. So glad it's over.
