Hi Can anyone help me with filling in the variation form. I have given a rough account of the day involved, and have listed equipment like buggies, car seats, high chairs, travel cots etc I haven't included any toys - should I? I am stuck on risk assessment - what areas have you included and how detailed were the risk assessments? Feels like it could go on for hours, days even! Thanks

For this I put how I keep the children safe , like having stair gates if needed, enough sleeping/feeding equipment, using pushchair/buggy board/reins etc when out, enough age appropriate car seats if needed........ Basically you need to show that you can keep all of the children safe and meet their individual needs.
