surprisingly i was not as paniced as i thought i was going to be, but did loose concentration a bit when asked questions while trying to make dinner and also have eyes in the back of my head.....

all went GOOD. :-)

i am made up, its done and the relief is just so nice. i am now relaxing with a drink and a peice of tiramasu cake. bad i know but i am indulging.

she asked me lots of questions but nothing to over whelming, they were straight forward answers.

one thing she did like was , i'd typed out a document covering each point of the registers so i knew i covered them and not be in breach of my registration. i think this also answered many questions she may have asked me on the spot too.

being inclusive was a huge thing i think. Safeguarding was talked about but not in as much detail as i thought. ( maybe my document covered a lot). she read through mypolicies and asked me - was happy about the changes made and asked me the reasons for them.

i didnt do my sef, and was asked to ahve a look for next time. no biggy

thanks for the advice on here and i must say to others waiting for their first inspections - it really is not that bad, and they are there for advice too.

Well done to you :clapping: :clapping: You deserve your drink and your tiramisu

I think the wait is always worse than the actual inspection but it is such a relief when it is over with.

Once again well done
