just wanted to know......
does anyone organise their policys and producers in sections linking to the welfare requirements,, at present mine are just wacked in a big folder!!!! lol
thought maybe i should alter this just intrested to no what others do,, ta jo

For my last inspection my policies were in alphabetical order, which is another way of doing them.

I have a 7 page Policy Document and it is in my Parent Information Folder. I don't have a Porfolio anymore because there is too much information. I have seperate folders with:

Risk Assessments
Planning
Outings
Ofsted which has all my corespondence with Ofsted Variations etc.
Parent feedback Folder with letters and cards from over the years

Parent Info Folder which has:

All my Policies
Complaints Procedure
Emergency Procedure
Sample Contract
Sample Childrens Info Form
Parential Resposibility Form
Next of Kin Form
Permissions Form
Copy of current Pub Lib Insurance and Employees Ins
Copy of Current First Aid Cert
Copy of Ofsted Cert and Ofsted Report
A bit about me and my setting
Sample Menus
Sample Daiily Routine
Info Leaflet about EYFS
Photos of some of the places we go and of my house, garden and playroom.

I take my Ofsted Reg Number of everything in this folder.

Mine are in alphabetical order - the statutory ones first followed by the rest :D
