doing my CYPOP5 task about confidentiality and wonder how long do ofsted require you hold info on kids no loger in your care.
Is this just the EYFS info or the contracts with personal details too?

For Insurance purposes you need to keep Contracts, Accident/Incident Reports and its good practice to keep signed Attendance Records as well, until the child reaches the age of 21yrs and 3mths.

This is because they have 3yrs from when they reach 18yr to make a claim against you in their own right.

Ofsted have no interest in records other than those for the children you currently mind.
