I am so pleased inspection went really well today, got 4 outstandings and 1 good, which gave us a good overall (bit gutted) The only thing she could pick up on was that in our policies we used i instead of we (as me and my sister work together)

I think it's totally wrong that you can get 4 outstandings yet end up with a good grade - did the inspector tell you why she only gave you good in the other outcome

The thing about the grammar in the policies is very picky - I hope that wasn't the reason she put you down to a good - if it was I'd appeal

Yes I know grammer in our line of work matters BUT to single that out and downgrade you is picky

well done thats great .but dont think its really fair when you were judged on your grammer at all . i feel im good at my job as are many but i did not go school much so my grammer & my spelling is not very good . but i have done & passed a few chilcare courses & done all my policys . sorry just dont think that it should be used for grading for your child care . but hey well done to you :)

Fantastic result! I would appeal, it's just something you can go into the computer and change, five minutes after she's gone it's fixed! How stupid. It didn't affect anyone's safety or health! What a stupid inspector!

Definitely appeal I'd say.
