O are coming on wed, however im only minding from 1 but Mrs O is coming from 11, during which I will have my own 2 children. Do I need to have activities planned for my own children? obviously I will have something out to keep them entertained but will she observe me with my own children? and do I use gloves when changing my little 1?Last question any activity ideas for two 4 year old girls to entertain them for 2 hours? We usually go library or a group and only do 1 activity before we go...thanks

Mrs O will not be interested in observing you with your own children.

Did you tell her you would only be minding from 1pm? If so she might intend to look through your paperwork first and ask you any questions and then observe you when the lo arrives.

Or you could ask if you could have the mindee early so that she will be there when the inspector arrives.

Mrs O knows mindee is coming at 1 she said she will check paperwork from 11 and then 2 hours observation and then talk to me after mindee goes. Looks like shes going to be here for most of the day. Im sooo nervous..thanks for your reply

My friends inspector was very intrested in my friends children and step over the line by telling her she needs to strap her son into a highchair when he played up:panic: Cant remember what else she told my friend to do but just remember being shocked:eek:
