Hi friends!

Have recently had my inspection and she noted how some picture cards could help? She did give them a name but I can't remember what it was? PEEP or something?! LOL!

I kinda think it would be a good idea as my 2 yr old mindee doesn't speak any english and mum wants me to teach her this. Mrs O said you can colour code them so green is a good thing, e.g. fruit, water, orange for be careful, e.g. steps and red for danger, such as on our oven.

Only problem I have with this, is that I am a home and don't want to look like a nursery?! Anyone else use some cards and what do you think? I do understand that it would draw attention to things for children and also having a poster with how to wash your hands, am just not so sure as hubby doesn't want our home looking like a creche!!!

I do have a poster up on when to wash your hands, does anyone know where I could get one on how to wash them, e.g. use soap and then water and dry them?

Loads of thanks, X x X
