they sure l.ike to make you wait dont they.....im a gibbering wreck, i have almost polished my furniture away (not that she would be interested in the furniture)
Im sooooo glad its over, it was like a weight had been lifted the second she come in the house....im a born worrier.....one of these days the stress i put myself under will kill me!
My mindees were brilliant (i borrowed 2 that i look after term time only as my other 2 mindees had booked a last minuit holiday it ment working for free but i couldnt go through cancelling & pooing myself for another few weeks lol)
she was really nice and the kids were great, 1 even sat there saying i was the best childminder in the world (i didnt pay her  ) we were decorating the cakes we made yesterday so there was decorations, icing sugar and cherries flying everywhere. My DD made mrs o a cake, i told her she didnt have to eat it (My DD is only 2 & covered in snot, i wouldnt want to eat one of her cakes...) but she ate it with her cuppa....brave woman!
She was very impressed with my learning journals....if anything i thought these might let me down as they are photo heavy & not very technical. she said it was great to see even though the kids started at age 2/3/4 i still made sure all the birth+ development goals had been reached (a developmental goals chart from birth in the front of each LJ, dated when i witness each goal...most usually within the first session or a specifically make an activity to premote the goal action)
She also said it was refreshing to read a SEF that wasnt full of jargon, i dont think that was a complement but i said jokingly that im not one for long words & once you visited me you would think someone else had written it!
she loved the pets, she kept calling the dog in & was amazed how well behaved he was.....dunno what happened, usually hes a complete Git when new people are here! ....well done flea bag!! (his nickname)
I was graded a 'GOOD' in all areas :clapping: :clapping: :clapping: with no actions, im so pleased, i would of been satisfied with satisfactory but this has gave me so much more confidence in what im doing.
On leaving she said my children & mindees are a credit to me
