hi there, have just started this unit as my first (after ICP) without realising it was the hardest one! and got a bit of a shock!:panic:

Has anyone got any tips or know of any good books out there I could get?As at the moment it all seems a bit daunting!

Hi, I was told that i had to do unit 3,4,2,5 otherwise it wouldnt all follow on. I must admit that after doing unit 3 it helped with unit 4 and now i am doing unti 2 which takes alot of time to read through. Good luck with unit 5, but why dont you change and do unit 3 first? it might help you, good luck xxxx

I am still wading through unit 2 (nearly finished the cache assgnment) Please don't say unit 5 is harder :(

I have done unit 1, and unit 3, we were told instread of starting unit 4 we would be doing unit 5 because it cover EYFS, and as that is starting in September we may as well do it now. I am just competing my obervations, for unit 5, have to do one spontaneous activity, one child initiated activity adn one adult initiated activity :) they gave us a few different observations sheets to choose from, but that was the easy part :laughing:
