Ditto I charge full fees for their hols and bank hols as they get paid and I don't charge anything for my hols as they either have to take leave get family on board or pay someone else so its only fair.

i charge full fee's if i go on holiday (cos i obviously need spending money) but when the parent goes on holiday they get it free (so they can have their holiday spending money).

Same as Lou - but I also say I must have at least two weeks paid holiday every year - this stops them taking all their holidays when I have mine.

I don't charge when Im off as my services are not available, but charge half fee for 4 weeks , but any more than that is full fee. This was done as some of my Parents can work their leave around their days off they can end up with 6-8 weeks a year off , and if they both work there is could be even more :panic:

I charge full fee when parents take their holidays, and no fee for when I take holidays. I also charge half fee for Bank Holidays.

:)
I don't charge at all if I don't work, I'm only minding part time at the moment and not set days etc each week so would be awkward to charge really :)
