Hello everyone! (me again)

I have another question re one of the areas in the SEF -

Liaise with other providers delivering the EYFS for a child or group of children to ensure progression & continuity of learning & care....

I currently do not have any children who attend any other setting/school so would I just give examples of what I would do if I were in this situation??
