Where do you write about incidents that dont involve an injury
Ie: something breaking or something thats been said etc.
I have MM forms and the accident and incident forms seem to relate to injury etc

I have a small notebook called an 'incident log' where i log things that involve any non medical issues, and even for things like bites i record the event so that the biter is recorded etc.

I use accident/incident forms and just score through the incorrect 'title', and perhaps rename boxes if appropriate.
