Hi pauline, I had forgotton my password, and followed the email thread to set a new password and it wouldnt happen. Got on here some how but went to my profile to reset and it says something like invalid name (cant quite remmber exact wording now) can you help.

Pauline has just moved house and doesn't have a good internet signal at the moment so please bear with her if it takes a while for her to get back to you x

At the moment the computer is remembering the sent password number so logs in automatically.Replied to your email pauline.Dont worry about it for now. Settle in to your new home.
