Yipee, Ofsted have been and done thier first inspection of my home. How nervewrecking is that!!! I was very lucky though, the lady that did my pre-inspection did my main inspection too so I immediately felt at ease with knowing who was coming. She was really nice and didn't ask loads and loads of questions which is what I thought would also happen as well as her observing me, althought she did speak to one of my parents for what seemed like an eternity - but then that took the pressure off of me as it was breakfast/snack time and I was able to sort that out without feeling pressurised about having to feed a 6 month old and a 1 yr old.
I would say to people, have your policies up to date (common sense really), try and get yourself on trianing if you haven't done so already, make sure your risk assessment is dated, signed and marked up for next review and most of all relax - easier said than done I know.
Oh - I got GOOD for everything - so pleased about it. Good luck to all those who have theirs coming up
