While chasing up my variation I have been informed that Ofsted have moved buildings. The new complaints poster is not yet available but their address is now, Ofsted, 6th Floor, Picadilly Gate, Store Street, Manchester M1 2WD

I have put a sticker over my complaints poster and I'm now off to update the procedure. Oh how virtuous I feel :littleangel: :laughing:
