I look my mindee to a sensory room and i have put some pictures in his journel, what areas of development would you mark these down as?

Depends on what sort of things were there - but probably PSED, CD (different textures/media), PD, KUW - if you talked to him about the stuff or he made noises/spoke then CLL.

You could even squeeze a PSRN out of it if you talked about there being lots of bubbles, or two cushions...
