Iv'e just recently split with my sons father and to cut a long story short i'm refusing him to see him but he says he's going to go to my childminders to see him i'm really confused about this? can he do it cus he has got parental rights i would ask my childminder but i dont want to worry her

If a person is on a child's birth certificate then yes they have a legal right of access to the child unless there is a court order in place saying they can't have access.

if your child's father goes to the childminder it will put her in a very difficult position because she cannot withhold the child from someone who has a legal right to see him.

i suggest you take legal advice as soon as possible.
