Well dont know if its just me but am finding the whole paperwork thing totally confusing. The more i do the icp the more confused i am becoming.

Can anyone help as to what paperwork it is i need to do or what people have done.

Am in the last 2 weeks of icp already done all the other course need bar food hygiene.

Very greatful for any help
