I've been to trainings and such where it's been discussed but not really the focus so I was familiar with the concept but didn't feel I had enough info. And then I was doing some Uni coursework and had to read up on it and found it really interesting so I started digging for more information.

Very useful link but don't we all do this to one extent or another especially with babies treasure baskets.
