Hi

I am due an inspection this Aug. I dont think it will be early so Im expecting it after Aug.

Problem is I have 2 mindees who I have had for years who are leaving for school. 1 is staying with me but only comes on a Weds so his folder is thinner but the other one who's been coming since she was 14m (full time) is going to school in a different area. Her folder is bulging with photos, milestones, acheivements etc. but when she goes she will take it with her :( All my lovely hard work and Mrs O wont see it :crying:

Hmmm they're not interested in children who aren't with you any longer or ones who are out of the Eyfs age group. :(

If you only have a child one day a week then you would not expect to have as many obs/assessments as on a full time child. As long as you can show progression from his starting points in the 6 areas of learning and development then that should be OK.

I agree it's a shame Mrs O won't see your other folder and I know that, strictly speaking they aren't interested in children who've moved on but I would also take a copy and show the inspector.
