Hello, me again!
When completing the SEF and giving an example from your setting do you say "Fred enjoys blah blah" or "F enjoys...." or " A little boy within my care....." ?
Thank you, and I'm sure this isn't the lst you'll hear from me!

Ok, super. Thank you!
I think I will reference the letter and maybe age, otherwise if they ask me about it I might forget which one I was talking about! lol

I had used a mix of initial , and 'children' , but found a couple of times within it that i had used the name automatically. ( pants proofreading then!)
Mrs O 's opinion was that this document was for me and her only. And as I would be showing her lots of other ' confidential ' information about this child - and indeed calling the child by name during the visit! , that using the name was absolutely fine.

I use Mindee M (For a child with a name beginning with M) and their age.
Good luck.
If they are playing with my own child I then put Mindee M played with Child M for instance, the child part being my own child.
Good luck
