Hi there

I'm currently awaiting my Ofsted inspection and would like to know if the climbing frame I have in my garden (large, metal type) needs to be cemented into the ground?

Many thanks

Depends on what sort but if you refer to the manufacturers instructions then this will help.

I have a swing/see-saw in my garden (for past 7/8 years) and it is cemented in.

Though past 2 inspectors have not asked anything about it.

my tp frame isnt cemented in , infact Im forever changing its position!
Thats not to say every inspector would be happy with that - mine either didnt check closely or were happy with ground pegs and the fact that it is dug in enough! I have said in my risk assessment that it is push / pull tested and doesnt move , hopefully that will be enough for future inspectors also!
