I earned less than £2 per hour!

My profit divided by the amount of hours I actually worked (with children here, not paperwork time, preparation etc) gives me an hourly rate of about £1.92. And that's without taking in to account that I made a loss in tax year 2009-2010 of aout 1k. Eek!

Wish i'd never done that now- very interesting to know but also pretty demoralising! :(

think of all the costs you cant claim for in an employed position such as petrol, toys. I also find childminding rewarding in other ways. I'd never want to work for anyone again or most definately in an office job. xx
