I have just started working the odd saturday and was wondering how I would write this on the contract.

I aim to give the parent a list of saturdays in advance that I am able to do.

Im just not sure how to write this on the contract. Can anyone help me out.

Also is there something I can do, such as a form to say they have booked me for these saturdays and that if they cance they will still have to pay half fees??

Is there a section for notes where you can hand write the agreement and both you and parents sign? :D

List all of the saturdays booked on a piece of paper, you and parent sign and date it, give them a photo copy and attach it to the original contract.
In the box where you can add extras in the contract refer to this added sheet.

I read on here that as long as it is signed and dated by the parent it is legal.
