Im due inspection too last I heard from my CCO was still the parent participation but you never know theres always something new :panic:

See I am really not sure if all the officers are focusing on the same thing then because mine was parent participation and stressed that your service would only maintain or improve on grades if you could engage parents and show them how you make changes to the service as per parent wishes.
mine was looking at gathering info regards the needs of a child, health and safety within the enviroment, child protection responsibilities and parent participation...this was my 1st inspection though.x

I heard they want us to have a care plan in place for each child, sounds like heaps more paperwork :rolleyes:

Yes heard that too and have started that with the 18month old I look after.
