My DD and mindee made some salt dough shapes, DD made some dinosaurs for her Grandad's birthday present (ho-ho!) and a star for Granny for mother's day. Mindee made a mother's day star and a great chick for Easter.

Here are the dinosaurs ...

Salt dough:

2 cups flour
1 cup salt
Approx 1 cup water
Kneed for 10 mins and use straight away

With salt dough I find it's good to add the water very slowly as it's very easy to add too much and end up with a sticky mess.

Also, part bake in a warm oven then transfer to the microwave once they are starting to go hard, this speeds the drying process significantly!!

They look brilliant!

I have seen loads of recipes that count in cups and am not good at measuring it! What sizes are you going for?!!

Thanks Xxx
