Just wondering what most people do regarding bank holiday for children that you have after school and on holidays.
I have put that full fees required for bank holidays, but would the fees charged be for the after school time only, or for the whole day.

i dont charge for bank holidays , only when they have any other holidays & then if it falls on a school day i charge the same for just before &after school , unless it falls on school holidays when i would have them all day ,then a charge all day .:D x
Just contracted hours and only if its a day they would normally attend.

I've never been asked to work a bank holiday and I used to charge half fees for all bank holidays. Now I charge
Full year contracts:
Easter Good Friday & Easter Monday 1/2 fees plus 4 additional days as specified by childminder at half fees
Christmas Eve to New Years Day inclusive 1/2 fees
Any other Bank Holiday Full Fees
Term-time Only under 5s (will be under 8s on new contracts)
(they pay full fees in term-time and half fees in school holidays)
so bank holidays occuring a term-time week are full fees
bank holidays in the middle of a school holiday are at half fees
Term Time Only over 5s (will be over 8s on new contracts)
(they pay full fees in term-time and no fees in school holidays
bank holidays in a term-time week full fees
bank holidays IN THE MIDDLE of a school holiday no charge
