It reminds me of the self appraisal forms we used to have to fill in at work! I hate having to evaluate myself and things I do:panic:

I was supposed to have made a start noting down stuff for my SEF for when my network coordinator next comes, I haven'd written one word yet - and she comes Tomorrow!:eek:

I do xx because it enhances outcomes for children.

Remember at this stage just need the basics - something to discuss and don't forget ask for support with the actual wording

I know it wont help for your do visit , but I can highly recommend Sarahs e-book . This really helps you pick out what it is about your setting that benefits children / parents /yourself!
In the short term think about things you have changed ( my planning is on about version 10!) - why , has it worked ,has it benefited the lo's?
