:happy banana: Well apart from being ill I have had abit of good news. I have just had a phone call to say I have passed my ICP.
Thank goodness! I now have to decide if I want to carry on with the whole DHC.

I have got to wait up to another 3 weeks to find out if I've passed mine.:(
I want to do my dhc but I am going to have to do it distance learning as my nearest college, that's doing it, is 18 miles away and i don't drive.

Well done Emma, you do not need to decide straight away about the dhc. Enjoy setting up your new business first, but I would definately go on and do the dhc if I were you.

I know I don't necessarily have to decide straight away but the lady who runs the course says she is starting the next part in January so she will be in touch after xmas.
Hard to decide what to do as I am only just newly registered.

I have passed mine just recently too, still waiting for the certificate.I am def going to do dhc, if not in jan then in march or whenever the next unit starts.

I would do it if I were you,you get to meet new childminders in your area and I don't know if you get any funding...well, we get 90% and I was told the money is running out...!
