Ok so i have at them momment on a wedensday
A 2.5yrs
R 3.5yrs
J 3yrs
at the end of june r leaves me and f replaces her but she may come back in september so i will apply for a variation for 4 under 5's,, they granted me this last year and as i have her 2 older sisters this shold not be a problem,,, my problem comes in January 2012 when A's baby brother or sister comes as this will mean i will have 5 under 3's so would ofsted allow this? has anyone else been allowed this many?
I am going to let r's mum know that come jan I might not be able to have them on a wedensday so will be up front to her about it , rs mum is a collage student wanting to go to uni in september and as we dont even know if she has got in to uni yet i cant really stop my current parents from filling her space nor can i tell A's mum that i cant have baby in jan as she booked the space (verbally, not paying) at christmas

I have never heard of anyone getting a variation for 5 under 5s Could you work with another minder for a few weeks or an assistant?

i got it for a single day last year.

ofsted said they don't normally but as it was a one off, they granted it.

didn't actually have all 5 on the day in question, as one mum had to cancel.
