hello,
can't be bothered to do daffodiles tomorrow so will do welsh cake instead. any tips? any good recipe?
i saw them in the asda book LOL
so badly organised i know but if i plan something it all goes wrong!!!!:thumbsup:

Oh they are yummy. We will be making them after school tomorrow. I think they cook best on the top of the stove. I have an old flat Welsh Bakestone but a heavy bottomed frying pan would work.

*whispers* I bought mine in Sainsburys! I have NO time tomorrow for baking so shop bought will have to do them. I'm sure the kids won't mind!
