Got a Good overall and good in all areas except Working with other agencies as my mindees don't go anywhere else! really pleased with this for my first inspection, the Ofsted lady was really lovely (despite never taking her coat off! we don't have the heating on in the day but didn't think it was that cold :) ) and gave me lots of tips for improving my score next time round!

Tips?
She asked to see my Proceedure for what I would do if an allegation was made against me, which I do not have (and had never heard of before) so make sure that is in place.
Otherwise I just made sure I had all documentation in place and went on as normal...

With regard to the Proceedure for any Allegations made against you, have a look on page 22 of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS 3rd paragraph under Safeguarding. :thumbsup:

My LA advisor told me to stick the bit about what I'd do if an allegation being made about me in my Safeguarding policy/procedure, rather than writing out a separate one, as it was essentially about safeguarding me.

Yeah I'm a member of the NCMA and tweak their policies and its in there.
