Yes he has trapped and squished it royally. :( The nail was a very purple colour - finger not swollen though funnily enough.

He is on the way to hospital - poor kid:(

Had a call from dad a while back - R is fine - nothing broken just a squished and very bruised finger. They had to drill into the nail to release the blood and pressure though.

Dad was absolutely fine about it too.

Have written it up, will contact Ofsted and the like on Monday etc etc.
